Let's start a 12-week conversation that gives you proper coping strategies plus support from others.

Depression can feel isolating, but it’s important to remember you are not alone. Group Therapy is led by a licensed professional who has experience helping people like you manage their depression and return to the life they have envisioned for themselves. This is possible for you too.

What Can You Expect?

Enrolling in group therapy begins with an intake session to ensure you meet the requirements for the group and are a fit for the group. You will be sent forms to complete. Please complete these forms timely. You will then have an appointment with your therapist to review everything and ensure you are prepared for the group. Then it's time for the group to meet!


Our depression group is designed to meet weekly to generate an educational and supportive environment. Remember, isolation is not the answer. We end isolation with skills and support, which are the center for this group.


Each week will have a designated topic and associated assignment. While each person's depression is different, there are some commonalities between them that make group therapy appropriate. Some of what we will work on is coping strategies, depression and work, depression and relationships, depression and parenthood/caregiving plus more! It's time you are proactive about putting depression far enough that it is not controlling your life.

Whether you’ve been living with depression for years or you’ve recently been diagnosed, this group is for you. It’s open to anyone who is struggling with depression and is looking for a supportive community.
